How we handle your data

What the forms on this site collect, where that information goes, and which analytics services the site loads.

Contact form

What it collects
First name, work email, your timeline and your message, plus last name and company if you give them. It also records the page on this site you arrived from and, if you came from a scorecard result, your result band.
Where it goes
An email notification to the Qognition Labs team inbox, sent through Resend, an email delivery service. When our HubSpot CRM is connected, your first name, last name, email, company and message are also sent to HubSpot. Your timeline is not sent to HubSpot.
Used on
Contact and the Build Readiness Scorecard result screen.

Build Readiness Scorecard

What it collects
Your answers to seven multiple-choice questions, your first name and work email, and optionally your company. It also records the page on this site you arrived from.
Where it goes
An email notification to the Qognition Labs team inbox, sent through Resend, with your answers and result band. When our HubSpot CRM is connected for the scorecard, your first name, email and company are sent to HubSpot. Your answers are not.
In your browser
Your answers are held on the page only while you use it. They are not saved to your browser's storage, and refreshing the page clears them.
Analytics
Your answers and your result band are recorded in site analytics as identifiers, without your name or email.

Booking a call

Who handles it
Calls are booked through an embedded Cal.com calendar. Its script loads on every page, so the booking window can open from anywhere on the site. What you enter in it, such as your name, email, notes and chosen time, goes to Cal.com.
What we receive
Cal.com notifies us of bookings, reschedules and cancellations. We forward each one to the team inbox as an email through Resend.
From the scorecard
If you book from a scorecard result, we pass your name, email and a summary of your answers to the calendar to fill in the booking form. You can edit them before you book. The booking also records that it came from the scorecard and which band you were in.

Embedded form

Who handles it
The alternative form on the Contact page is provided by Tally. What you enter in it goes to Tally.
What we receive
Tally forwards each submission to us, and we send it to the team inbox as an email through Resend.

Analytics

Vercel
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure page views and page performance.
Google
When configured, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 record page views and site events, such as clicks on booking buttons, form submissions and scorecard steps. The events we send do not include your name or email.
Microsoft Clarity
When configured, Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, including session recordings and heatmaps.
HubSpot
When our HubSpot account is connected, its tracking script loads on every page.
